About BiblioRaise and SmartSearch
The BiblioRaise community engagement application has been developed to support librarians who want to better understand their community, related user & sponsorship organizations, grants, agencies & library demographics and revenue reporting. Designed by librarians for librarians, BiblioRaise makes outreach with new and existing user communities easier than ever. Using a modern, web-based UI, BiblioRaise enables libraires to track requests, correspondence, funding, texts and email interaction in one seamless integrated platform. Conference attendees are encouraged to stop by and see BiblioRaise in action. Half off the initial annual subscription for first come early adopters.
The Bibliovation SmartSearch AI module is predicated on the Knowvation Digital Content Management module and allows users to query the content stored in the Bibliovation relational database to retrieve AI-generated summations from the content collection. The summations include formal citation links to the full-text digital documents from which the summations were derived for deeper research. SmartSearch will be in production by the third quarter of 2025 in the Bibliovation platform.
